  • Shared Hosting: 30 days

2. Exclusions

Please note that refunds are not available for domain registrations, even if they were included as part of a higher-level hosting plan or offered for free during a promotion.

3. Promo Codes and Discounts

If you purchased a hosting plan using a promo code or at a significant discount, refunds will be issued only for the amount you paid after applying the discount. The original value of the hosting plan will not be eligible for refund.

4. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within the applicable refund period specified for your hosting plan. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
